2. If the fast exhaust valve is used to speed up the descent speed, sometimes the cylinder body has to move before the lock pin, and can not be exempted normally. Therefore, please do not use a quick exhaust valve for the locked cylinder.

3, please do not use three-position solenoid valve: please do not combine with three-position (especially the sealing metal seal) solenoid valve. If there is pressure in the mouth of the tissue side, it will not work. In addition, sometimes even if it is temporarily determined, the air leaking from the solenoid valve will enter the cylinder, and after a period of time.

4, determine if the tissue side under back pressure, sometimes it will be exempted, so please use a single or integrated individual exhaust solenoid valve.

5. In the case of cylinder with adjustable buffer, if the air buffer valve needle on the tissue side is overscrewed, the piston will sometimes be bound at the travel terminal, forming the damage of the tissue, so the needle valve should be adjusted so that the piston will not be bound.

6. At the end of the manual operation of the determined tissue, the manual device must be reset to the original position. In addition, please do not perform the manual operation at the time other than the conditioning, otherwise it will be more dangerous.

7. For the cylinder device and conditioning, please be exempt from the determination: if the device and other operations are performed in the determined state, sometimes the determined parts will be damaged.

8, please do not use multiple cylinders at the same time: please do not use more than two locked cylinders at the same time to drive a workpiece application method. Sometimes the determination of a single cylinder will not be exempted.

9, please use the speed control valve in the exhaust saving control state: in the intake saving control, sometimes can not be exempt from determination.

10. On the lock side, it must be applied to the cylinder travel terminal: If the piston of the cylinder does not reach the travel terminal, it may not work or it cannot be exempted.

11. Manual exemption method: screw the hand rod into the fall piston and use 20N; pull the bolt out with the above force.
